If you are interested in breeding your mare to a Heritage Manor Farm stallion, please follow these instructions (all forms mentioned are found below-- just scroll down the page):

• Complete & send Stallion Contract. All applicable fees are listed on the fee schedule.
• Send a copy of your mare's registration papers (if any) and a completed copy of the Mare Health Info Form.  As noted on the form, the mare health form is not actually due until before the 1st collection is ordered.  No sense in paying for an additional vet call just wait to have form completed when your vet comes to check your mare's heat cycle.
• (If possible) Send a photo of your mare that we may keep, email pictures will be sufficient & are recommended. 
• A check/money order, credit card authorization (etc.) for the booking fee must accompany the completed contract.
• The balance of the stallion fee must be paid in advance of requesting the shipment of semen. (Unless payment arrangements have been pre-authorized.)
• Completed Credit Card Authorization forms may be faxed or mailed in.  Please note: Once your card is charged, the form will be destroyed.  Our secure fax number : 717-235-4094.   If you wish to phone-in or email  your payment information, for your protection, please call or email us for directions first.  For PayPal payments, please contact us via email for directions.
• If you are breeding back on a LFG, please complete a Return Services (LFG) Form.  If applicable, the form has a place for alternate/substitute mare information.
• We accept contracts & accompanying documentation via fax at 717-235-4094.  If faxing contract & paying with check (other than e-Check) or money order please mail payment ASAP so we can process your paperwork without delay.
